I got my Real Estate license in 2004 and started selling real estate for Sotheby’s in Brentwood, Los Angeles. I moved home in 2005 to work for my family development business ‘Wathen Mansionette Homes’, grandfather was a large longtime developer in the central valley, Spalding G. Wathen and got my Real Estate Brokers license in 2011. During this time, I worked on developing and selling Semi-custom homes, PUD’s, and Industrial buildings. One of the Project Managers for De Young’s ‘Extreme Makeover’ home edition in 2019. In 2020, I obtained my General Contractors license and in 2021, I was the first female to receive the ‘Lifetime Director’ honor from the BIA (Building Industry Association) of Fresno for 10 years of serving on the Board of Directors. I live in Clovis with my husband & 3 beautiful daughters and my love for all things real estate, development, design, architecture runs deep.
