I got my Real Estate license in 2004 and started selling real estate for Sotheby’s in Brentwood, Los Angeles. I moved home in 2005 to work for my family development business ‘Wathen Mansionette Homes’, grandfather was a large longtime developer in the central valley, Spalding G. Wathen and got my Real Estate Brokers license in 2011. During this time, I worked on developing and selling Semi-custom homes, PUD’s, and Industrial buildings. One of the Project Managers for De Young’s ‘Extreme Makeover’ home edition in 2019. In 2020, I obtained my General Contractors license and in 2021, I was the first female to receive the ‘Lifetime Director’ honor from the BIA (Building Industry Association) of Fresno for 10 years of serving on the Board of Directors. I live in Clovis with my husband & 3 beautiful daughters and my love for all things real estate, development, design, architecture runs deep.

After earning my Bachelors Degree in Business Management, I began working as an Operations Manager for real estate teams here in the Fresno area. I am very excited to join Savvy Enterprises as their new Chief Operations Officer. I have lived in the central valley since I was 10 years old and am proud to call this place my home. My favorite thing about Fresno is that we are literally smack dab in the middle of everything amazing that California has to offer.
